Introduction

Thank you for being here!  I am super excited you have joined me and I can’t wait to help guide you through cutting sugar out of your life.
Sugar as you will learn is one of the hardest foods to cut out of your diet.  You may have even tried before and failed to remove it.

I hear this frustration, which is why I have decided to help educate you and help guide you through this journey in this 14 day Sugar Detox Challenge.

My goal is to help you understand how sugar is impacting your body, show you how it has shaped your body to perform differently, and give you the tools you need to help break the cycle of sugar addiction.

As you walk through these 14 days there will be Daily activities in your workbook, you will also get a daily menu plan, and accountability check in’s though the use of my app. I highly encourage you to use the tracking features so that we can have a real time look at how you are doing and track your progress.  There will also be times you need support, and I will be here for you.  Just reach out in the messages tab, and let’s chat about your issues.  My job over the next 14 days is to support you in this journey.

When you finish this program you should be well armed with knowledge as to how sugar impacts your body, ready to face challenges head on when it comes to real life and sugar, and feel that you are well on your way to making sugar a part of your past and allow yourself the space to feel your best.
